Virtual currency packs (coins/gems) and Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your payment receipt and user email. We may issue a refund or account credit after investigation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of the account and reversal of in-game entitlements tied to that payment.

Premium

If Premium is revoked due to a successful refund, ad-free benefits and related perks end immediately.
