By using Humalaly (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service includes multiplayer games, rooms, text chat, optional voice chat, virtual currencies (coins and gems), in-app purchases processed by Stripe, and optional Premium subscriptions that remove third-party ads on supported surfaces.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must not abuse, harass, or cheat other players.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, cosmetics, and similar items are licensed for use in the Service only. They have no real-world cash value except where required by law.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices and taxes may vary. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of entitlements.

User content

You may not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may moderate or remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages.
